Returns & Exchange Policy
As a member/customer of the website www.boomboo.gr you have the opportunity to return the products you have chosen (e.g. if you changed your mind, the choice does not meet your expectations or the product is defective, you were delivered a different product from the one you ordered etc.).
You have the right to inform us no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of reception of each purchased product of your decision to return the product (except in the case of the exceptions listed below). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your statement of exercise of your withdrawal right before the withdrawal deadline. You can exercise this right (right to withdraw from the distance contract) for any reason without giving any explanation.
If you have decided to return purchased products delivered to you (either by your own choice or because the products have any defects), you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement (e.g. letter by mail or e-mail) at the relevant addresses listed below). To notify us of your decision you can use the attached withdrawal form of the present “Return Policy” without this being mandatory. The dispatch of your statement (either according to the model of withdrawal form or in any other clear way) can be done through the contact form located in the “Contact” section of the website www.boomboo.gr. In your statement you should enter your name, your phone number and your e-mail address so that we can contact you. In case you send your statement via e-mail, we will send you via e-mail confirmation of reception of your withdrawal. You can also withdraw by simply sending an e-mail clearly stating your intention to withdraw.
In case you return your order because it shows any defect (defective product, delivery of a different product from the one you ordered, etc.) BOOMBOO PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY will try to replace the products with other similar ones and send them to you, if the products are still available, as soon as possible. You have the right to tell us that you do not want such a replacement but a refund of your money that has been paid.
You must return the products using the courier company we work with or in any way you choose without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day you told us you are withdrawing from the remote product purchase contract from the website www.boomboo.gr. The deadline is considered to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 day period.
After receiving the product, we assess its condition and judge if there can be a refund. In any case of return of products, you are obliged to deliver them in the exact same condition in which they were received, intact, in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. This action presupposes the original packaging as well as that the labels are still on the product. We would ask the products to be in a separate package for their protection during transport to us. The returned products must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product when it was delivered to you (e.g. Retail Receipt-Delivery Note, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc.), as well as the completed from you Return Form that accompanies your order. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- in the case of supply of goods manufactured in accordance with the specifications you set or in the case of personalized products
- in the case of the supply of goods which may be damaged or expire soon
- in the case of supply of goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery
- in the case of the supply of sealed audio recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software (CD, DVD, etc.), which were unsealed after delivery
- in the case of the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the execution started with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and the confirmation by him that he thus loses the right of withdrawal
If you return products purchased from the website www.boomboo.gr, we will refund any payment we receive from you, including the cost of delivery of the products to you (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a method of delivery other than cheapest standard way of delivery that we offer), without undue delay within 14 calendar days from the day we will be informed of your decision to return the products. However, we have the right to delay the return of money until we get the goods back and check their condition. You will not be charged a refund.
In case for the return of the products the collection is performed by the postal service company Speedex which cooperates with BOOMBOO PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY there is no return cost using the relevant code of BOOMBOO PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY. The choice of this way of return is not binding. Every consumer can send the products to be returned in any way they choose. Given that they choose a different postal service company and not Speedex.
In case of purchase by debit or credit card or pay pal we credit your debit or credit card or pay pal account with the amount that must be returned to you upon receipt by BOOMBO PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY and check of the returned products.
In case of purchase of products by cash, the refund will be carried out by deposit in your bank account. Therefore, we would like you to inform us via e-mail or by filling in the Return Form that accompanies your order for your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account and the name of the beneficiary as mentioned in the booklet. Make sure the information you provide is correct. Each consumer is solely responsible for the correct provision of his bank account information and BOOMBOO PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY does not bear any responsibility in case of incorrect presentation of these for any non-payment of any amount owed to the consumer.

BOOMBO PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY is not responsible for any delay in payment of any amount due to actions or omissions of third parties (problems in the banking process, non-declaration by a consumer of his bank account details, etc.). In any case, please contact us immediately if you have not received your refund within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to return the products.
Changes: You have the opportunity to change the goods you bought from BOOMBOO PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY by notifying your decision by sending an e-mail within the above period and provided that the new goods you want to acquire with the change are equal to or greater than the good you wish to return. Upon reception of your e-mail, we will send you in the same way the exact process of returning the item to be exchanged and acquiring the new one using a discount code which you will enter when purchasing the new item through the website of BOOMBOO PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY and the which discount will be equal to the value of the goods you will return.
